There is a lockable storage unit in the basement with washer/dryer hook-ups. There is some off-street parking and the option to rent a garage on-site. 

 

Trash, lawn care, and snow removal are included in rent. Tenants responsible for all other utilities.

PET: May consider 1 cat or 1 dog with monthly pet rent, additional deposit and requirements met. Other pet types must inquire.
