MOVE OUT NOTICE

Please use this form to submit a notice to vacate. Notices are due on or before the 1st of the month. If submitted after the 1st of any given month, notice will take effect the 1st of the following month.

 

Most of our leases require a 60 day notice. If you are in the middle of a lease, you are responsible for rent until your unit is re-rented or the end of your lease term.

If you aren't sure what your lease requires, please call our office. 

 

EVERY ADULT ON THE LEASE NEEDS TO FILL OUT A MOVE OUT NOTICE--EFFECTIVE DATE IS BASED ON ALL MOVE OUTS BEING RECEIVED.

This is my notice to vacate for the above address. I understand that notices take effect on the 1st of the month and I am responsible for the period of days required per my rental agreement once the notice has been submitted. I am aware my move out day is the same date (w/exception of February) on the most recently signed lease at 12:00 pm (noon).
I want my unit re-rented prior to the end of my lease or end of my notice date. I give permission to Abode Properties to list and show my unit in an attempt to re-rent my unit. I understand that if my unit does not rent prior to my lease expiration or notice, I am still responsible for rent on the 1st of each month until it is re-rented or until my lease or notice is up.
By clicking "yes" below, I agree to allow Abode Properties to list and begin showing my apartment. I understand Abode Properties will provide the required 12 hour entry notice, unless I give permission to enter with less notice. I also acknowledge that I have downloaded the Move Out Guide (available on the Current Residents page) and have read and understand all the information therein.
