Abode Properties is a small company with over 20 years of experience. We own and manage our own properties and offer a variety of rental properties throughout the Chippewa Valley. We have properties in Altoona, Cadott, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Menomonie.

In addition to our residential properties, we have a variety of well-maintained, clean, off-campus student housing available near UWEC, UW-Stout, and CVTC.
